Russell McCart
Chairman
A versatile professional, Russell initially honed his skills in property development during his tenure with AV Jennings, and later took on the role of CEO to establish Mirvac's operations in Queensland, overseeing the completion of numerous major projects. In 1997, he co-founded Meridian Developments, which later became Pacifica, a prominent property group responsible for a diverse range of projects. His extensive property development experience is complemented by his active involvement in community initiatives.

John has over 25 years of experience within the construction and property industry, combining both practical onsite experience with executive general management positions held both nationally and internationally.
John’s strengths lie in his in-depth knowledge of the development and construction process, and his ability to identify and bring together the best teams to successfully deliver quality projects. John is a passionate campaigner for utilising more modern and sustainable methods of construction and is a highly thought of leader in his field.
