Environmental Approach

Preserving the locations of where we develop and the communities that support them is of paramount importance to us.

We are accustomed to operating in areas of great environmental sensitivity and heritage significance. Many of our projects are in sensitive marine environments or involve heritage buildings.  Our track record in delivering in these challenging and complex areas is second to none and our report card from authorities is excellent.

Our values in this area have been guided over many years by Dr Hugh Lavery, a Professor at Queensland University of Technology and the Australian Environmental Practitioner of the Year.  Dr Lavery’s impeccable credentials and high standards help establish Pacifica’s unique and innovative environmental practices. We are playing our part in setting new standards for sustainable project design and delivery.
